Stéphane is responsible for the acceleration and investment activities of A-Venture group in the Grand Est region. As a co-founder, he participates in the definition of the group’s strategic orientations.
Stéphane has a long experience in private equity and wealth management. He started as a Financial Analyst at Intuitae, then he followed two of their directors to create Agami, a French leader in multi-family office.
Stéphane is a member of several Boards of Directors, including Chargepoly (fast electric vehicle charging), Zenpark (shared parking spots) and Greendid (reconditioning platform).
Stéphane holds a Masters degree in International Finance from the IMIP MBA Institute and Tulane University (USA).
André Linh Raoul

André is a historical co-founder of A-Venture, but he is no longer involved in the operations of the group.
Previously, he was responsible for private equity and real estate investments of A-Venture group and was also involved in the definition and implementation of its strategic orientations.
Prior to co-founding A-Venture, André was an investment banker in London and then New York at Grail Partners. Previously, he was a member of the investment team of Gilde, a European private equity leader. During his career, he was an investor and/or banker in over sixty transactions.
As an entrepreneur, André was Managing Partner of the photovoltaic energy producer Strategeco Solar (Eneovia). He was responsible for the M&A strategy until 2010, when the group was still listed on NYSE-Euronext.
André graduated in Banking, Finance and Insurance from the University of Paris IX Dauphine.
